Order Management on OpenCart Website
To view and process order, you can either go to dashboard, which is the default page when you login to web admin or you can navigate to “Order” on the web admin side bar. Once there, you will see the list of the orders from beginning.
It is good practice to review and update your customers, to let them feel that the order is being taken care of. Invoice number can be customized, by going to the web admin “Setting” and “Option” tab. You will see the “Checkout” section within the page. Change the invoice number form the running number you want to start. The system will then run from your preset invoice number.
